Because our products are digital services and subscriptions, we cannot offer refunds once access to the content has been granted. However, if you feel you have made a purchase in error or experience problems with your subscription, please contact us.
📅 Cancellation of a Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your personal area. Your access to content will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but no future charges will be made.
💳 Refunds for Unauthorized Charges.
If you believe you have received an unauthorized charge, please contact us immediately. We will review the case and, if appropriate, proceed with a refund.
❌ Exceptions to Refunds
- We cannot offer refunds for subscriptions that have already been used or partially used.
- Payments made for periods already passed are not refundable.
- There are no refunds for failure to cancel the subscription before automatic renewal.
